I asked him if additional chairs were available and he informed me that a seat was not part of the entry and he was willing to refund our $20 band fee. On our way to the arcade I noticed a man with a walkie talkie and a tie. We eventually found the pool side bench and someone left. I asked numerous tables if all chairs were taken, towels were saving a place, and no one offered even a temporary seat. Entering the pool area, we walked around the entire pool looking for chairs to use while our grandkids played. A woman in front of us had a reservation for after 5 pm but she was allowed to enter at 11, our first alert to the lack of crowd control. We made our reservation on line and arrived before 11 to find a long line.
